• Upon successful purchase and delivery of the activation code/service, the product will be considered received, activated, and fulfilled.
• Please ensure your product is eligible and verify all details before placing your order. -
You may purchase DJI Care Refresh 1-Year + 1-Year (by renewing before the current plan expires), or DJI Care Refresh 2-Year from the beginning.
However, if you initially purchase the 1-Year plan, you cannot later upgrade it to a 2-Year plan. The available options are:
✅ 2-Year plan → Renew with another 1-Year plan (if eligible)
✅ 1-Year plan → Renew with another 1-Year plan (if eligible)
❌ 1-Year plan → Upgrade to a 2-Year plan later is not supported.
Renewal is subject to DJI Care Refresh's eligibility requirements
