Return/Refund Policy
You are eligible for our Return & Refund Service for Camera Drones, Enterprise Products, Handheld Imaging Devices or Power Stations (within 15 days from the day after receiving the product), if you meet any of the following conditions:
1. The product's original packaging, accessories, gifts, and manuals are intact. The Green Seal on the product packaging must remain fully intact and must not be removed, broken, or tampered with. The product has no manufacturing defects, has not been activated or used, and secondary sales are not affected.
2. The product has a manufacturing defect.
× Starting from the day after receiving the product, the service is requested after the DJI specified return period has been exceeded;
× A product sent to DJI for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
× A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
× Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
× Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
× Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
× A product is not delivered to DJI within 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from DJI.
× Other circumstances stated in this policy.
If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please request refund within the DJI specified return period starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving your product(s).
1. Contact Customer Service Customers must first contact DJI Customer Service to initiate a return or refund request.
2. Provide Required Information Customers are required to state the reason for the return and submit complete and clear photos of the product for review.
We will review your return and refund application within 2 working days.
Note: Refund processing may be delayed during the event.
Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.
The refund of the discount coupon will be issued only to eligible customers. Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect following inspection by the service center, the discount coupon will be reissued to the customer.
Customers shall bear all return shipping costs unless the refund is confirmed to be caused by a manufacturing error.
Maintenance Service
If a performance failure occurs within the warranty period, customers may bring the product to our service center for inspection and repair.
Before obtaining after-sales service, the following steps must be taken:
√ Follow the procedures specified by DJI as shown in the “DJI General After-Sales Service Flow” part.
√ Backup all data contained on your product’s SD card.
√ Except for flight logs, remove all data, including confidential information, proprietary information and personal information, from the product. Or, if you are unable to remove any such information, modify the information to prevent its access by another party or so that it is not personal data under applicable law. DJI shall not be responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information, on a product returned or accessed for warranty service.
√ Provide DJI with all system passwords, if necessary.
√ Provide DJI with sufficient and safe access to your product, so DJI can provide service as needed.
√ Remove all additional parts, alterations, and attachments not covered under warranty.
√ Ensure that the product or part is free of any legal restrictions that prevent its replacement.
√ If you are not the owner of a product or part, obtain authorization from the owner for DJI to provide warranty service.
